What types of vehicles do you offer?
We currently have a 2020 Chevy Tahoe for up to 4 passengers, or a 2020 GMC Yukon XL for up to 7 passengers. Our affiliates drive similar vehicles, as well as some sedans, stretch limousines and party busses.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations requests can be made online through our website, or by calling/texting us directly at 615-491-1306.
What are your hours of operation?
Our transportation services are available 24/7, including holidays. Customer service hours are typically from 9 AM to 9 PM, but you can make reservation requests online anytime.
Pricing and Payment
How much does it cost to rent a limousine or book an airport transfer?
Prices vary depending on a variety of factors, such as the type of vehicle, duration of the rental, and additional services requested. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Generally no we do not require any upfront payments, however for certain event types we may require a non-refundable deposit in order to guarantee our commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards, as well as services like Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
Services and Policies
Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, we provide airport transfers to and from TPA, PIE, SRQ & MCO. Our drivers monitor flight times to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
Is there a minimum rental time for hourly services?
Yes, there is typically a minimum rental time of 3 hours. However, this can vary depending on the type of service and vehicle.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, changes can be made to your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Changes are subject to availability, and certain adjustments may incur additional charges.
Safety and Drivers
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed, insured, and have undergone extensive background checks, driving history checks, and training.
What measures do you take for passenger safety?
Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected. We also follow all recommended health and safety protocols, including regular cleaning and sanitization.
Do you provide child car seats?
We do not provide child seats, but some of our affiliate drivers do, so let us know if that's something you'll need and we'll get you connected.
Special Requests and Additional Services
Can I request a specific driver?
While we appreciate these requests, we cannot guarantee specific drivers, but we will do our best to accommodate your request so don't hesitate to ask.
Can I drink alcohol in the vehicle?
Please inform us in advance if this is a preference for your trip so that we can set you up with the appropriate accommodations.
Booking and Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
The more notice you can give us the better, but since most of our trips won't require a deposit there isn't really a cancellation policy. For the reservations that do require a deposit, it's likely a non-refundable deposit regardless of how much notice you can provide. If you have any concerns about showing up for your reservation please let us know.
How far in advance should I book a limousine?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for peak times like holidays or busy seasons or big events.
